Decal or Engraving Numbering for USPS Approved 4C Mailboxes and Cluster Mailboxes
When you are trying to decide between engraving your USPS Approved Cluster Mailboxes or decals, there are a few things to keep in mind:
- If you know that you will need to change the numbering sequence in the future, we recommend ordering your 4C Cluster Mailbox units with decals. While they stick well and are sturdy plaques, they can be pried off when needed.
- The engraved characters are very sleek and aesthetically pleasing. If you know that the numbering sequence will not be changing in the future, this would be a great option for your USPS-approved mailbox project. Depending on what color cluster mailbox you order, you may want to fill the engravement with a colored infill of white or black at an extra charge.
- You can have up to 5 characters per decal and up to 12 characters per engravement.
Both decals and engravement are the same price (unless you choose a colored infill) and are great options for any project!
