    First, working with a customer and our team on a challenging project from beginning to end. Hand holding it the entire way. Then, seeing the completed project and a satisfied customer.

    How it all started
    I worked for my dad during summers throughout college. When I graduated, and he asked me to work with him full-time, I was excited. I loved the work and wanted to help him carry the responsibility. It’s been my honor ever since to work for the company that bears his name.

    My wife, Heather, and our daughters Charlotte, 18, and Abigail, 16.

    Participating in so many interesting projects around the country and seeing them through from start to finish. Helping a customer through all of the details to get their project done right and on time.

    How it all started
    Through a mutual business contact, I learned that Brad was looking for a salesperson, and I was looking to make a change. We met for lunch, and weeks later, I interviewed with Brad and his parents in the office. I’ve been working for him ever since.

    I love being involved in the details and lifespan of each project. Once a client places an order with us, I become their main point of contact through delivery. I really enjoy partnering with clients in this way.

    How it all started
    I began working for the company in college while I was pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business and project management. Once I completed my schooling, I joined the company full-time.

    Who’s at home
    My husband. And I also want to give a shout-out to the large family I grew up in. I’m one of nine!
