Below are some simple steps to changing the door on your Florence Mailbox apartment mailboxes. These steps apply to your USPS cluster mailboxes or your 4C horizontal.

Supplies:

You will need a 3/8 nut driver, pick, and hammer.

First, open the locked door and press up on the latch and open both your gates.

Next, grab a 3/8 nut driver and loosen the top nut on the door and remove it.

Then use a pick and hammer to hit the rod out. Tap the top of the rod to remove it and pull it out from the bottom.
